Go - Live (hereafter referred to as the "site")
Before using the site you are requested to read the Terms
of the use of the site carefully and meticulously. The
simple fact of you entering the site and/or using the
functions of the site and/or using the information presented
in the site will be considered to be your declaration
that you have read the Terms of use of the site and that
you are fully aware of the Terms and that you agree to
the Terms of use of the site and that you confirm that
all that is contained and referred to in these Terms of
use apply to you. If you do not agree to the Terms of
use, then you are requested not to use the site.
General information
- Who are we?
Go-Live is a website that provides video content to viewers
via the internet for payment.
1. The videos broadcast live are transferred
to the computer of the customer for viewing at
the time of the live broadcast
in wmv format.
2. The videos on repeat (vod) are in the archives
of the site.
Minimum Computer Requirements
and Connecting to the Internet
The minimum hardware requirement for the purpose of viewing
films via Go-Live website is a Pentium 3 computer or higher,
with Windows Media Player software. Generally Windows
Media Player comes with the computer, but in the event
that you do not have it, you can download it free from
this site. The internet connection must be a fast speed
connection of at least 500 kbps (half a megabyte).

Viewing computer: For every viewing permit a specific
computer is recorded by technological means as the computer
on which a film may be viewed on Go-Live website. There
is no limit to the number of times the film may be viewed
on the same computer in respect of which the viewing charge
has been paid. After a user has started viewing a film
by way of a code supplied to him in respect of a specific
computer, he will not be able to transfer the viewing
permit to a different computer.
The viewing prices for the video content - live broadcasts
or VOD - appear in the program schedule unless otherwise
stated. All prices on the Site are in New Israeli Shekels
and include V.A.T.
Demonstration and examination
Go-Live requires an examination be made before purchasing
the service, to verify the existence of a media player
on the computer for the purpose of viewing the video.

Registration on the site
A surfer who wishes to view video content from Go-Live
Site will be required to fill in his identification details
and to choose and enter a user name and password in order
to enter the site and to avail himself of the services
offered by the site.
For your information it is a criminal offence to give
false identification details and anyone who does so will
be subject to criminal and civil law proceedings.
Viewing
After completing registration on the site, the surfer
will be able to order a film for viewing. The viewing
is enabled only on the viewing computer.
An order for a film will be executed only if the following
conditions are fulfilled:-
- That the person ordering the film,
who is registered on the site, has a credit card and
provides details of the credit
card in his possession and ownership so that the order
fees
may be charged to his credit
card.
- That the person ordering the film
is competent and entitled to perform legal actions
which obligate and bind him,
and that he is at least 18 years old.
Immediately upon the making of the order, the site will
check the details with the credit card company in order
to obtain its confirmation of the performance of payment
for the order.
Upon receipt of such confirmation from the credit card
company a notice will appear on the screen for the person
ordering the film and simultaneously an email will be
sent to him with the details of the order, the code for
activating the order and the tax invoice.
Regarding the viewing of live broadcasts, the credit card
will only be charged at the end of live broadcast. In
the event that a technical fault disconnects the broadcast
and this situation continues for more than 10 minutes,
then the viewers will not be charged for the service.
A notice to this effect will appear on the viewing site
in real time.
Regarding the viewing of content from the VOD film library,
the credit card will be charged immediately on receipt
of the confirmation from the credit card company. The
viewer is permitted to view the film any number of times,
but only on the same computer. The viewer may stop the
film, repeat, or start again without any limitation.
The user name and the password must not be given to any
other person! The same film cannot be a viewed simultaneously
on two different computers under one user name and password!
A test of the quality of
the viewing by the surfer and confirmation of purchase.
In order to check the quality of the viewing to ensure
that it suits him, the surfer can view the broadcast from
the archives free of charge. After he has seen and heard
the film and checked its quality and continuity, the surfer
will confirm that he has checked
the quality of the film and is satisfied. After this no
complaints and/or claims regarding the quality of the
viewing will be accepted or entertained.
The user declares that it is his responsibility to ensure
that his connection to the internet and his computer equipment
that he uses for viewing films through Go - Live are functioning
properly. The site is not responsible or liable for difficulties
and/or obstacles or hindrances which interfere with the
transfer of content from the site to the user's computer.
Inasmuch as it depends on the site, the site will do all
it can to solve or overcome any such difficulty or obstacle.
The obligation and responsibility of the site
The films and content broadcast through the Go-Live site
do not represent the opinions of any of the owners of
the site and are imported for broadcast in the state and
condition that the producers and the editors of the content
produced them without any changes at all and without any
editing by Go-Live. The viewing of the films is at the
sole responsibility of the viewer and the viewers will
not be entitled to complain about the quality of the content
and the messages appearing in the films.
The adding or removing of films and content
The management of the site reserves to itself the right
to add or remove films according to its professional and
business discretion without the need to give any notice
thereof. Films that you have ordered will be actively
available for any of the customers of the site and will
not be removed until all the orders for them have been
completed during a period of at least one year.
Changes in the Site
a) Go-Live reserves to itself the sole right
to effect any changes in the site at any time and for
any reason whatsoever without
giving any advance notice and without any liability on
its part.
b) Go- Live is entitled, at any time, to make
changes or updates to these Terms of use
By the simple fact
of your using the site you agree to be bound by the contents
of these
Terms of use and
you are responsible for keeping updated with any changes
in these
Terms of use.
Use of the Site
The use of this Site is provided to you on the basis
of the condition of the Site "As Is" without
any warranties and in the condition you find it, and you
will have no claim and/or demand and/or requirement as
against Go-Live Site and/or anyone on its behalf in respect
of content, or of services, or of the characteristics
of the Site or its suitability to your needs or requirements.
Proper functioning of the
Site
Go-Live will make every effort to maintain the proper
functioning of the operations of the Site and the continuity
of services to all the users. Nevertheless Go-Live does
not obligate itself that or give assurances that the services
on the site will not be disturbed or interrupted, will
be provided without mistakes, and will be immune to unauthorized
access to the computers of Go-Live.
The obtaining and storing
of information
a) Personal information that is supplied on registration
or surfing in the Site will be kept in
the data bases of Go-Live.
Go-Live reserves to itself the right
to accumulate the information data received in the Site
for the purposes of statistics only.
b) Go-Live will be entitled to use the information
provided by the surfers in the
Site for the purpose of improving
the services given by the Site operators. The operators
of
the Site will also be entitled
to transfer such information to third parties including
advertisers for the purposes
of statistical analysis. The information transferred will
not
identify the user and will not
include sensitive information as defined in the Law for
the
Protection of Privacy including
personal information and credit card details.
Preservation of Information
Go-Live exercises generally accepted precautions in order
to preserve, as far as is possible, the confidentiality
of the information. Every credit card number is transferred
in encoded state (SSV) to the Site and in accordance with
the standards, but it is possible that events may occur
which are not within the control of Go-Live and/or are
due to force majeure. In such cases G0-Live will not be
liable for any damage of whatsoever kind, direct or consequential,
which may be caused to the person ordering or the user
and/or to anyone on his behalf if such information is
lost or if unauthorized use is made of it.
Intellectual Property
a) The intellectual property rights in respect
of the Site and all its elements, including, but
not only, commercial trade
marks and logos, the data bases, patents, knowledge and
know
how, confidential information
and the private information of suppliers and surfers,
are
within the ownership and/or
sole control of Go-Live, unless expressly provided for
otherwise.

b) Every trade mark which appears in the Site
is owned solely by Go-Live or is owned by
another party. Any
use whatsoever without permission or authorization of
such trade
marks is totally
forbidden. The use of the trade marks of Go-Live without
written
permission obtained
in advance is also totally forbidden as a link in the
name of a product
and in any advertising
or publicity whatsoever as a trade mark and/or part of
it and/or for
any other purpose
whatsoever by anyone who has not received the authority
from Go-
Live for such use.
Copyrights
a) All the pages and the content which
appear in the Site are the property of Go-Live. No
part of the pages
or any of them and/or of the content may be copied or
published without
the express agreement
of Go-Live in writing.
b) The copyrights in the video films
which appear in the Site are owned jointly by the Site
and the person ordering
the broadcast service. The user may not copy, edit, distribute
or
broadcast the content
of the person ordering or Go-Live in any manner whatsoever,
in full or in part,
without written authority
at the time of the broadcast.
c) The Site and the contents of the
Site are protected by the Copyright Law in respect of
all
the content in the
Site which is for the private use of the user only.
d) The user of the Site is aware, and
he agrees thereto, that he is forbidden in any and all
circumstances to
infringe on the copyright of the operators of the Site,
and/or of the
owners of the rights
in and to the film and he undertakes and commits himself
to
compensate and/or
indemnify the operators of the Site, immediately upon
their first
demand in every case
that he commits such an offence by his own actions and/or
through others and
infringes the copyright of Go-Live and/or of other right
owners.
Advertising on the Site
Go-Live is not responsible in any way or manner for the
advertisements which appear in the Site and the presence
of an advertisement in the Site does not indicate the
support of Go-Live and/or its responsibility or liability
for the advertiser, or the product or the service advertised
or its quality or the truth and correctness or accuracy
of the advertisement.
Jurisdiction
The use of the Site and the Terms of the use of it are
subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Any claim
and/or demand and/or grounds of action concerning these
Terms of use and/or the use of the Site will be within
the sole jurisdiction of the authorized Court in Jerusalem.
